Snowboard apparel and gear giant Burton invited me to customise their gloves and mittens.
Creating 9 different designs, in two colour variations each, the approach taken involved a lot of hand drawn work to create both illustrative designs and patterns, including notes on special executions and use of tech materials wherever possible. Designing keeping in mind the fun and friendly attitude of the snowboard community, the designs included mittens turned into boxing gloves look-a-like, a print mimicking a nordic knitting pattern and logos inside the palm of the hand to be shown when waving at fellow snowboarders on the slopes.
